How are my earnings calculated?

You set your own rates freely. Citavivo takes a commission only on completed sessions: 15% on the Free plan, 10% on the Pro plan and 5% on the Expert plan. No fixed monthly fee on the Free plan.

When do I get paid?

Payment is collected from the client at the time of booking and transferred to your Stripe Connect account after the session. Transfer times depend on your bank, typically 1 to 3 business days.

Is sign-up really free?

Yes. Creating a profile and listing up to 3 services is completely free. You only pay a commission on completed sessions. The Pro and Expert plans offer lower commissions and higher service limits, but they are entirely optional.

How does the video call work?

Video conferencing is built into the platform and runs natively in the browser using WebRTC. No software to install for you or your clients. You also have live chat and screen sharing.

Can I set my own availability?

Yes, fully. You can set recurring time slots (for example every Monday from 9am to noon) or one-off slots. Your availability is visible to clients in real time and can be updated at any time.

How does the profile approval process work?

After completing your profile and submitting your application, our team reviews it within 48 business hours. We check that your profile is complete and professional before publishing it. You receive a confirmation email as soon as it is approved.
