These General Terms of Use and Sale (GTC) govern the relationship between Citavivo (hereinafter "the Platform") and any person using the citavivo.com platform, whether as a client booking a session or as an expert offering their services (hereinafter "the User").
Citavivo is a platform connecting independent experts (lawyers, consultants, coaches, IT professionals, etc.) with clients wishing to benefit from advisory sessions via video call. Citavivo acts as an intermediary and is not party to the service contract concluded between the Expert and the Client.
Session prices are set freely by each Expert and displayed in the currency chosen by the Expert on the platform. Payment is made online at the time of booking via Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified secure payment provider. Citavivo collects a commission on each transaction, deducted from the amount paid to the Expert.
The Client may cancel a confirmed booking from their personal space. In case of cancellation, Citavivo reserves the right to refund all or part of the amount paid depending on the circumstances. Citavivo reserves the right to cancel a session in case of breach of these Terms of Service.
Citavivo strives to ensure platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service continuity. Citavivo's liability is limited to the amount of commission fees collected on the relevant transaction. Citavivo is not responsible for the content of advice provided by Experts, who act as independent professionals.
All elements constituting the Citavivo platform (logo, interface, texts, code) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Citavivo. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
These Terms of Service are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Geneva, Switzerland.
For any questions regarding these Terms of Service, contact us via the contact form available on the platform or at the postal address indicated in the legal notice.
