General Terms for Providers

1. Purpose

These General Terms for Providers (GTP) govern the relationship between Citavivo (hereinafter "the Platform") and any individual or legal entity wishing to offer their expertise services via the platform (hereinafter "the Expert"). By creating an Expert account, you unconditionally accept these GTP.

2. Registration and validation

Registration as an Expert is subject to manual validation by the Citavivo team. Citavivo reserves the right to accept or refuse any application without having to provide reasons. A notification email will be sent to you once your profile has been validated or rejected.

3. Services and pricing

The Expert freely sets the price, duration and description of their services. Citavivo acts as a technical and payment intermediary. The Expert is solely responsible for the content of their services and compliance with applicable regulations (licences, professional obligations, etc.).

4. Commissions and payments

Citavivo charges a commission on each transaction, depending on the subscription plan: 15% (Free), 10% (Pro), 5% (Expert). Payments are processed via Stripe Connect Express. The Expert must create and maintain a valid Stripe Connect account to receive their earnings. Payouts are made directly by Stripe according to the terms of your Connect account.

5. Expert obligations

The Expert agrees to: honour confirmed bookings, keep their availability up to date, provide quality advice in accordance with their professional ethics, not carry out any illegal activity via the platform, and process clients' personal data in accordance with GDPR and Swiss DPA.

6. Suspension and termination

Citavivo reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Expert's access in the event of breach of these GTP, conduct detrimental to clients or the platform, or by unilateral decision with 30 days' notice. The Expert may close their account at any time from their personal space.

7. Applicable law

These GTP are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Geneva, Switzerland.
